i got my bulbasaur level 98 at 99lv and 100 level evolve windows(yes or no) didnt appear now it is level 100 i cant even evolve it, even with mysteries candys my friend tried too after trade to evolve it we used 10 candies and nothing.. just candies disappear and nothing happens help please thanks
