Full heals are not consuming on use, the system also gives an inaccurate (and false) message when you use a full heal as well. Before<------- <------------After

The thief on Route 36 doesn't open it's shop anymore to sell dig/rock smash, instead when prompted for the shop to open he says "0" as shown below. Cant confirm this for gold server but its 100% on silver.
