The Pikachu Pokémon owner Hikou (ID: 22088319) already has the Move Surf, but when he give it back to me the Move Surf was gone. We tried a second time but he just can put it again after 13 days. I would like to solve this problem and give back the Surf to the Pokémon (I already paid for this). Server: Gold
