I've got the same problem, it seems they're struggling with this issue at the moment - and from what I've seen on the forums they haven't got any direct solution, only the standard stuff like "Run as administrator", "restart your computer" and "reinstall the game". I think there's just a bug within the latest christmas patch of the game. Really annoying, haven't been able to play for some days now.
