im having same problem and they are no longer responding to me

I have done this. already I have performed every step you gave me

I have tried all that and the patcher does open and says another instance is already running. and I have all the data in a folder on my desktop not in my drive. still doesn't work

everytime I try and lauch the client it shuts down and says another instance is already running and closes before I even get to log in screen. please help
