Actually has happened twice now

I recently entered safari zone and got disconnected and all my money was taken and I am no longer able to enter safari zone...can this issue be addressed and possibly compensation be made for my money loss ...atleast enough to get back in please

I am using my mobile data as I have before for the game and it is the only connection I have available

Have tried resetting my phone and have played before so I know it works on it

According to mine servers are down also
