What i mean with pokemon levelling moves is that my pokemon doesn't learne the right move when it reach a certain level. My growlithe suppose to learne flamethrower at 34, but it doesn't. also for my venusaur that suppose to learne worry seed at 39, now it's at 42 and doesn't learned yet.
