This poke

I already relog many times and still same ? Someone told me it never work, bug or i miss something ?

Before : Fly tm when use, poke went fly and gone from battle After : Fly tm when use, Poke still on ground Its new animation or my game bugged?

i got this bug when login in server gold i tried many fix like : - reinstal client - delete client - disable antivirus / defender - restart client still nothing, and yea android one is good, this bug from pc version, plss help :(
