Hello Dothel, as far as I know scraggy was an old excavation pokemon on red; yellow never had it but I am pretty sure PRO will add it in the future back to the game; but right now the answer is no, there is no way to obtain scraggy. Thanks for the reply, thats pretty sad to hear but it happens

I'm just wondering cause i like scraggy, He is my favorite pokemon and i want to know if im able to obtain one somehow or no?
