Hello all, this is my first guide and I want share a Detailed Guide for the Valentine Letter quest. Pre Requirements: acces to Sinnho and have the 7th badge to use Rock Climb. Getting the sacles Step1 Go to Aphrodia Island "Love Letter Delivery service" house. Step2 You need to talk with the man inside the house and he will ask you to get a Heart Scale to make a letter. Step3 Go outside and walk to the East and talk with Fisherman Ross and he will ask you a Luvdisc with 90IVs or above in exchane for one scale (the luvdisc need to have your OT). Step4 Go to the lake that is in the South and catch a Luvdisc with 90IVs or above. Step5 Deliver the luvdisc to the Fisherman, and repeat Step4 and Step5 until you get 10 scales. Step6 Go to with the letterman and deliver the 10 scales, he will give you one letter at a time. Traveling to Sinnho Pre Requirements: A pokemon with Rock Climb. A pokemon with Cut. A pokemon with Rock Smash. A pokemon with Surf. For every letter the letterman is going to give you a hint. This means that we are going to recieve one letter from Delivery man, so I recommend to leave the save on the Pokemon Center to make a quick return.
