How often do you use Discord? Everyday
What is one suggestion you have for PRO Discord? Re-arrangement of the channels so its easier to find around, perhaps even make categories for various things, make like a "silver" tag and put support,general, etc and do the same for gold, it's still going to be the same thing, but it will make it easier for both silver and gold server, potentially one more thing would be to perhaps engage people into joining the discords voice channels, host some events, or quizzes. that would be wonderful, ofcourse not everyone would like to voice, but it would be a nice change of pace :)
