hello in the johto region in the cave cliff edge gate im not able to encounter any pokemons on land i tried for several minutes and different days but still unable to encounter any of them,it works in water though its just on land that doesnt work server red ign : georgeassassin

Hello, my aipom is trying to evolve every time i finish a battle even if i dont lvl up plus its trying to learn the same skill till it lvls up after each battle for example if it learns scratch at lvl 15 it will always show me the msg to learn it till it will reach 16 after each battle
