Javitolagos

Yesterday I played around 3 hours to level up my pokemons (level 80, level 80 and level 60 level) but everything I uploaded did not keep returning everything I spent on yesterday nothing, I want me to Solve this since it is really annoying to have to spend another 3 hours doing what I already did.

I need help! the simple pokemon does not want to open, first shows the pokeball loading but it does not load completely and disappears, then when trying to open again the pokeball appears but with a question mark and it is already this way, I do not know what to do please. I have already tried everything by removing the antivirus, restarting, insisting and even installing again.
