so basically after doing the first quest twice (restarted it) and talking with the mayor's wife with 6 lvl 100 pokemons at hand i was able to go to vulcan cove, but scientist Jones just don't appear where he should (or at all), meaning i can not start the quest. Arkos is missing as well
