Hello Forum, The NPC in route 19 Viktor doesnt talk and a lot of players have problem progressing through the game since they cant learn Surf. Please fix this please, players I know are having a problem as well

That really sucks. The staff team should resolve this as fast as possible. I think a lot of players are also having this problem.
