The application hasn't had the opportunity to download the additional files, it hasnt't gotten that far yet. The .dmg from the zip file simply won't launch. -

Unless the link for the Mac client is outdated, or incorrect, I don't think so. -

What have you already tried to solve the problem? Redownload, unzip, try to launch Description and Message After downloading and extracting, I am unable to launch the client on a Macbook Pro. Simply says 'The application "PROMac94_1" can't be opened.'
