Can my character please be moved out of mt moon?

I'm currently having the exact same issue. Entered Mt moon from the pewter side. V Black screen of death. :(

Good afternoon. While playing the game this morning, I entered into Mount moon. The screen turned black and it says loading map in the top left corner. Everything else on the screen is completely black, but the music does continue to play. No chat box or anything. Please assist! Thanks. Running on Android IGN Otanifumi
