Hey, I have completed all the mini games and have the seen data of all gen5 pokes and completed zekrom quest. But I still cant access crater town. There's a wailmer blocking my way. Why is that? And how to solve it? Can u help?

I accidentally levelled up my Gyarados to level 63 from 60. I need it for the Heatran Quest. Please I want it back to level 60. Plz help !! :(
Hi. I am really sorry, but we only delevel Pokes that are at lvl 99 / 100 and failed to evolve. :-/ You can find a high lvl Gyarados @ Route 227 (lvl 53-57) though or a high lvl Karp at Route 224 (52-56) and do the Quest without EV training it. Just catch some Backup Pokes as soon as you enter the Cave and you should be good to to. Have a nice day, M3ru3m
