[Help: Want to evolve Seadra > Dragon Scale Trade]

Hey ,

 

I need a trustworthy person with some knowledge to trade with !

I want to evolve my Seadra , but i dont know how it works. Ive got the Dragon Scale and the Seadra but i guess i need a Trade Partner.

If anyone got a clue how it works and can help me , just add me ingame ill pay you 10k if i get my Seadraking!
