Hello I want to teach my pikachu surf move, but I can't because I picked charmander as starter so I want to pay to someone that pick pikachu for starter so he can teach it surf if it is possible to do this way. I can pay for it 20-30k, pls help !!!!

Yes, I tryed all move relearners in game Description and Message I now it can relearn this move because tutor offers me move leech life witch is move that parasect learn at lvl 11, and spore at lvl 22, pl help
