where can I get the file to download the PRO on android?

my download keeps failing all the time ;-; and i dont know why this keep happening -
recently my computer started giving him high problems using 100% cpu for everything, so I thought about continuing to play on android but I don't know the requirements or where I can get the file to download (and how to download, of course)
