I connected in silver server,but i connected in gold server days later.I returned to the game because my PC is better now.But when i returned I played the game normally.It was after that the game didnt let me enter

Hi I have a problem . I wanted to login in my account but when i logged in ,my progress was deleted I dont understand , i never has deleted my game progress. I am a fan of this game but i dont know what happend
