I have completed all the halloween events/quests, but the reroll lady says she has done all she can for me. Never offering the reroll. I only started this game a few months ago, and my friend who started playing at the same time had no issues receiving his reroll.

I also have this problem.

I got it today, the information that was misunderstood was that it has to be 1st place finishes after the mega quests. I was under the impression from the numerous guides it was 3 victories after mega patch was released, which was not the case. Thanks.

I've gotten 1st place more than 3 times and have not been rewarded with the mega stone for heracross. I'm unaware of other requirements. I have mega stones for multiple others so its not cause I dont have the bracelet. Thanks for any help.
