Hadeszeref

Hey! I can't enter to the application because it doesn't even start, a pokeball appears with a "!" red sign and then a window opens with the legend "proclient.exe has stopped working". I have already re-downloaded it several times and my antivirus doesn't interfere either. I do not know what else to do. Help!
