Do you know the differences between IV's and EV's? An IV is a Pokemons Base stat that raises the pokemons total stat and an EV is a stat the will raise a total stat by 1 for every 4 EV's and can only be a max of 252 EV's

There is no real tips we can give others than talk to everyone pick up every item, Make Money by fighting pokemon and trainers and always level up at least an extra 15+ levels for each gym and have fun overall and depending on what server you play on i can help in game stuff
