I am using OS X El Captain Version 10.11.6 I can update it but it takes 8 hours to finish. I played the game finding shadows to find the NPC's and Pokemon. -

yeah same on my mac too -
I cannot see my own or other people's characters. I can only see my shadow, I have tried restarting the game, going to places and logging in and out but it still doesn't change.
