Did you talked to all people in Murky town including the ones in the pokemon center (upstairs as well) and in the beach area?

Last Friday I defeated Mayor George, and then I went to his house in Murky Town to claim my rewards ( I was going to choose houndoom mount) but I was kicked from the server and when I talked to Mayor George next day he didn't give my rewards nor appears in my backpack. What should I do to claim the reward?
