I lost my connection while fighting the owner of the mega venusaur, now how can I re-enter it?

I got a bug like him too, it was a level 19 charmander, when it appeared one of my first pokemon would disappear and that has been since yesterday. it's really inconvenient when I try to do some tasks and events. I hope you can help me fix this problem. please and thank you
