thank you it help a little bit but it was still blurry but i tried to change my graphics setting and it work i had my 3D on Performance so i change it to balance and it worked and here is Before and after ------------------------------ Before -------------------------------------- After

i have problem with npc names its blurry and very hard to read is there any way to fix this?
