Jjiggs

HI there, My Blastoise (either lvl 35 or 36) was turned back into a lvl 5 Squirtle for some reason when I logged on. It is also missing the leftovers I had equipped to it. Is it possible to get my Blastoise and Leftovers back? Thank you
