Krunkdaddy

As the title asks, is the move Ingrain still bugged? I read a topic from 2016 or 2017 that said it hadn't been coded yet. Whenever my Phantump uses Ingrain it says she performed the move but no hp is restored at the end of the turn. Thanks for any help.
