Hello, Currently, I am trying to progress Rachel's trading challenge, however, Charlie is not spawning on route 111 north, south, nor desert. I've went back to make sure I did complete old man Kylo in all three of his potions in Mauville and he is gone as I had suspected since I gave him the potion. I've tried relogging twice and rechecking Charlie's locations and still nothing. I'm playing on Gold server, nickname: Watisthis Thanks
