I haven't played in a while... when I tried logging in today, I am in Alto Mare and I am unable to move in any direction.

Not sure if anyone may have mentioned this....
When fighting the Grunt for the Mega Slowbro quest, use Shedinja!
It cannot be touched by 3 of the 6 Pokemon in the battle
First: Machamp
Fourth: Steelix
Final: Mega SlowbroThis leaves 5 slots to handle the remain 3 Pokemon.
I used Volcanion to one shot Houndoom.
A Speed boost Sharpedo to take out Gengar with Protect and Destiny Bond.
Espeon/Chansey/Heatran as my other 3 which was more than enough for the Crobat.

For much of the current event, I have been hunting Feebas in the Johto Safari Wet Zone.
After 7+ hours without seeing a single one I started asking around... NO ONE has seen one.
Chatting with others in the Zone now... Feebas is NOT spawning for ANYONE in the Johto Safari Wet Zone. It's not just 'my bad luck'. - If you have logs/stats recorded, please check is anyone has encountered one in the past 48 hrs.
I have now WASTED 7+hours on this hunt to only now realize it was been futile.
Please note: Staryu is also not spawning for anyone.... while Totodile is. Staryu should be more common. Thus I am 99.999% certain something is wrong with the spawns. -

My apologies for the inconvenience. I've forwarded the message to a Content scripter since quite a few people reported not being able to find this particular NPC. Could you check back around route 17 to see if you can see it now ?
As for the other riddles please make a new post since the main issue for this thread was regarding the possible missing NPC. We won't provide direct answers to new quests out of respect and comprehension to the scripters and the amount of time/work that was spent on doing these quests, but you can always receive an answer from other players who did those quests.
You may also look into guides posted by players, in the guide section, or in the PRO discord to find answers.

When I got to National Park, I found an unnamed NPC, who accepted the delivery of the V-Day card that was intended for Kanto.... no idea why this got so messed up, but at least my delivery is complete (though now stuck in Johto, and can't return to Aphrodite island at this point)
