I fixed it! I did not have a controller plugged in however when I tried restarting the second time somehow it started to work again.

I cannot move because as soon as I log in my character is forever moving forward and i cant stop him. I tried restarting, battling and losing, restarting my pc, starting the client and reinstalling the client. There is nothing i can possibly do to fix this.
