Hey, I cant find any information about mega stones. Which ones are available and which not?

The Carbink will only take Breezy Crystal Shards, which are the pink ones. 

You can get these shards by using Rock Smash or by using a Pick Axe on the crystals inside Breezy Cave. These crystals reset every 3 days, similar to Dig Spots.

Do you know what the use is for the blue,red and green crystal shards?
