OK thank you but how do I go back to the main island it wont let me get on the boat to go back

So I need help with one of my quest in PRO after I beat the Sinnoh e4 I hade to do another quest to find two orbs one of the orbs I secured but the other I couldn't find the name on the map. After I could not find it on the map I forgot what it said so please help me find where I need to go. Thank you
