magnemite skips trying to learn metal sound at level 25, level up to 29 and proceed to try to learn electro ball and isntead you will learn metal sound, here after any moves learned by magnemite or magneton will be replaced by the previous move skipped, tried with HMs and TMs, they both get skipped and are now in a "que" so to speak.
