Dude, what are you talking about, what are the consequences? You also remember the benefits of civilization. That's nonsense. Do you have any idea what you're talking about? We're all human and we all have our weaknesses. I've been on a diet for about five years so I don't fall off and do bad things. It has to do with my health, but I think if I had any weaknesses, I'd be way out of line to get them. Everyone has willpower, here's a read. You won't believe this, but I can tell you too that just an article jordibhealthandfitness.com or book can change your perspective. As much as you regret it, you'll have it in double figures.
