Gamespy04

When starting the game, I went to Professors Oak Lab to you know, get my pokemon. I did but when I talk to him the only thing that is said is [ERROR: Function "exitscript" not found or has 0 parameters!] So I try to leave but he says he needs to talk to me so I am stuck in his lab, I try this in both Gold and Silver Servers and nothing worked. I can't talk in the chat to get help since I'm new. This is the image I don't know what to do and I will like it if someone can help me through this. I'm not sure if it's a file thing within the game or somethings not right.
