Yeah, tried resetting the laptop, deleting and re-installing the laptop as well.... In my phone as well, I downloaded client an hour ago and went out, leaving my phone in home, its been only 5% downloaded till now. (I have enough storage in both devices) If you got the solution please inform me as well....

Hello sir/madam, I am not being able to access the game since last update... I ran the game, it showed an error dialogue box.. So, I deleated and re-installed the game, still same box is shown. THe ss of box is down below. This problem is in my laptop. I am installing game in my phone to see the problem will occur or not... Is the problem with my laptop or something else?? Please help me, don't wanna miss even a day of haloween hunt. Hope you understand, thank you. The dialogue box (appears each time I run client):

Sorry for my last post. I figured my mistake. I thought the reset was 00am local time, but someone told me was in 00 gmt+0. In Nepal it was 5:45 in the morning, so never bothered me when I used to do once per day. But here, it is on 7 pm and the issue arrised first time so was worried. But, there is one thing I think is a problem, can again be something I missed but sorry for troubles anyways. I ran dungeon with my guildmates with enough score to be able to enter shadow hunting area, on the 25th of August. But, the game isn't letting me enter the hunting grounds. While checking my personal scores, there is 0 for August. This is the case for Crux of Melody and Fortlon only. I am able to enter the Crater Town hunting area. The another thing is I am only having the issue. So am I missing something here as well or is it something wrong? I don't have a in game screenshot of the run, but have a ss of my guildmates preparing for the dungeon run, probably enough to prove that I had ran dungeon on the 25th. I again deeply apologize for my misunderstanding. Really sorry. Thank You for the time.

Hello mods, Hope you are having a good day. I am writing this to clear myself whether BCC and Solaceon News Reporter, and others as well probably (i have checked BCC and sinnoh daily only) is changed from once per day to 24 hours cooldown. I remember doing both yesterday, after summer event ended, but the game isn't letting me enter today, it says I need to wait x amount of time. I have travelled from Nepal to the US last month so am confused, if I missed the update of it changing to 24 hours cooldown or is it cuz my timezone changed and is interfering the game? Thank You.

Is the accessory item "cyan fire wings" that we get from a quest removed from the game? I am not being able to fing it in my inventory and I believe I haven't traded it away. THank You for your time.

Respected mods, I just want to let you know that I just got disconnected in a random ranked match while I had a steady network and other apps in background that needs net (spotify) were still working. I got perma ban last time as well due to my misunderstanding in random ranked match, and am woried might repeat this time as well. So I felt like inforimng you is the best thing I can do. If it is not bannable then, I am heartly sorry for wasting your time, but I don't wanna be banned due to a misunderstanding again. And I felt like that battle would have be won by me so I had no intension of disconnecting on my own. Thank You
