Hello, While attempting to use my free reroll within the Halloween event for Darkrai, I had accidentally selected the wrong IV to lock when using the Reroll. Because of this, the next message that appeared asked me if I "would like to keep this IV selected" and I then answered "no" and I wanted to reselect the proper IV I wanted to lock. Obviously, as this was my first time ever rerolling for IVs, I hadn't realized that the message I was saying "no" to was actually the entire reroll itself. Thus, I lost me free reroll by accident, without my Darkrai receiving any changes to his IVs. I spoke to Sachet within the support section of your Discord, and he clarified how I went wrong. However, I hoped the possibility of receiving a new free reroll could be possible. Sachet explained how he unfortunately could not help or compensate me, however he directed me to this link in which he suggested that there might be a possibility that a staff member could do something about it. I understand if there is nothing that can be done, however if I could get a new "free" reroll, that would be all I could ask for.
