Dear staffs, In hlw event map, amost npc move go backward and dont face to player when interact. That isn't affect to game's story but this makes some players few annoyed. I hope this bug will fix soon so we can have nice time to play game. Thank you!!

My riolu have max happiness (255) and eat rare candies in daytime (10:23am poketime) but it dont evo to lucario. Now he is at level 100 and cant use rare candy, what should i do now to evo him to lucario? Please help me
