Hi staffs, I plan to catch Heatran and prepare for it last week. Today, i star the quest but when I talk to NPC Buck in front of the cave, he said "Something's not quite right there... I cant let you inside, it's too dangerous". Althought I bring onlu one pokemon (victreebell) lv 60 and have 311 hours playing time, he dont let me come to the cave. I dont know why I cant come. Hope you will solve this fast!! Have a good day

Dear staff, I am having an error about map. When i come game, the map loading too long and then I lost connection. Recently, I come game but the map just have black color and then I lost connection. I try many times but it still fail connection. I told this to some friends and they also have same error to me.
