On 04/14/2022 I bought 100 points to be able to buy a mount which was "ninetales alolan" which when used appeared normally but after entering another route it disappeared completely, I mean both in the backpack and in the shortcuts, I would like to know What is done in these cases if the mount is returned to me or at least the 100 points spent....?
