Riolu not evolve into lucario (max happinnes and daytime)

Thank you, i tried it 2 times but doest work, but now i have my lucario,

I´m trying to evolve my riolu into lucario, he is on max happinnes and are daytime, i leveled up him 10 times in this conditions and can´t evolve, i´m trying to use mysterious candy but don´t works, can the staff help me?
