Hello, since the event I can no longer log into my silver account, only in gold or into my twink account, which is on silver but has a different email. Please help

Neither of these worked, now my main account is gold and I still can't log in. I also changed the password without success.

Hi I have the problem that I can only log in with my gold account but not with the silver. I have tried the above suggestions without success.
