Hi! I'm in Sinnoh, below the waterfall that blocks access to Victory Road. Unfortunately, as I'm a bit stupid, I didn't take the HM Waterfall in Hoenn... I can't reach Hoenn by boat yet until I beat the league and while searching the forum I only saw the Cave of Origins as a location for this HM. Can someone tell me if it's available in Sinnoh or if I'm just stuck there?
