First and foremost I'd like to say Merry Christmas! I'm having issues with the HM Fly quest, I've been following many YT guides, and also the guides that were posted on the forums about this quest... This brother hasn't spawned for me anywhere, I've gone back and spoken to the subway manager and respoke to Yorkie and all he says is "I have no idea where my brother is, but he would never leave Kanto, so I guess that's a start..." I've been to the Victory Road, 1,2,3 heights & checked all. I've been to the pokemart's (all of them just to make sure) I've also been to the power plant (not route 10). Diglets cave was a ghost town. Please can I get some assistance please as this really is frustrating.
