Update:now surf doesn't work at all.no where,i used an escape rope to get from the island but now I can't use surf at ALL.PLASE HEEEEEEEEEELP.

I'm on my way to an island but i got stuck on a small island, route 21,and can't use surf even if i have 2 pokemon with lvl 90 that know surf.i have a video to show i attached it
