Bump

It's been a month and my incident still hasn't been resolved. How much more time will Mr. Sinohara need? You can't expect me not to say anything with this terrible management, in which we are repeatedly told "patience is the key", what is that a mockery? a track? What you are doing is ending my patience and I'm not the only one.

After having posted almost two weeks ago, the incident has not yet been resolved, honestly this is absurd, the service is degrading.
